Guidelines for New Clients
If you're a new client, please ensure you book your appointment under the "New Client" category. Any appointments made outside of this category for new clients will be canceled. For Consultations, deposits are required to book any appointments who book without buying a package.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide us with a 24-hour notice. No-shows will incur a loss of one session from your package. When you miss an appointment, it not only affects our business but also the potential availability for other clients. Please respect our time.
Late Arrivals
We understand that occasional lateness may be unavoidable, so we offer a 15-minute grace period. Unfortunately, arriving later than the grace period will lead to the cancellation of your appointment and the associated cancellation fee.
Deposits and Payments
Once you've booked your appointment, you must submit a non-refundable deposit amounting to half of the scheduled service cost. Failure to send the deposit will result in the appointment not being confirmed. For single sessions, we require $100 non-refundable deposit fee. All packages are final sale. No refunds.
